During this week, everything seems smooth sailing except for some miscommunications, disruptions and expected occurrences. You know, this is part and parcel of work. On top of this, despite the problem, we have to face the respective people, who are already annoyed or unhappy. One wrong move or word, my reputation and impression is tarnished, leaving a black mark, which means in future, whenever we need assistance from that same person, it will not be easy to be approached. That’s the brutal reality! People tend to remember your mistakes and not your glories. I say so be it! They choose to think otherwise, there is nothing much I should do to convince. The truth will speak for itself.
Anyway, these are my accomplishments for this week:
`3-day Orientation Program for new hirers ended well
`2 executive positions closed
`2 senior position closed
`1 managerial position closed
What a relief! =) This is just the very beginning…
