The lights above my friends are shining dazzlingly. Well done guys! Now, when is my shining as well? It’s still black and dark at the moment. Is my bulb burst? Is my electricity not sufficient to light it up? Maybe it’ll only shine after this year due to the fact that it has recently shone brightly and colorfully on 23may. Oh wells… Life is full of alternatives

Fri 25may signify a superb crappy fun relaxing chill out. Presenting the clicks: Leslie, Gabriel, Cassandra and i. We intended to visit Settlers Café to game out. Not only to my surprise, I think the rest also, the entire area was fully booked! Service crew checked that the only earliest availability is @ 10.30pm while at that instant its 7.30pm. Gab left his contacts at the same time we left our finger and foot prints. Next, we headed down to Clark Quay and decided to eat instead. As we proceed, suddenly the bars and pubs atmosphere made us all felt united- as if we have returned to Shanghai’s 新天地! Then, names of Shanghai streets were randomly listed by us- the desperate-Shanghai-Singaporeans. Haha. Enough said, let’s move on.

The waiters and waitresses along the aisle were very persistent, kept promoting introducing new dishes and discounts; we were very film, kept rejecting ignoring and continued our way. Good job! Not looking anywhere, we chanced upon Mind’s Café. Wooohoooo! Once entered, its rather empty and quiet on the lobby, so that explains we managed to get a seat. After much debate, we took package 1: 1 set meal (soup of the day- mushroom soup, drink- root beer float, main course- prawns and mushroom pasta, dessert- white and black brownie with vanilla ice-cream) + 2hrs gaming. Yummy yum yum! Maybe we were starving; all turn out nice except for the ‘expired’ root beer. Yikes! As the game progresses, everyone got high and HIGHER!

Games like uglydoll, monkey, truecolors, pit, jenga (true/dare ver), junglespeed, halligalli, rock the house! No doubt! Had a laughing whale of time and rolling great pleasure with you guys @ Mind’s Café. After which we cabbed down to timbre. Recommended by Les, is damn good! Like the atmosphere and live bands! Power! The entire area is spacious and almost packed. The stereo can really blast real loud till I went deaf for 2 songs. Nice pours and cocktails. Anyway, it’s such a recreation after a day’s work, even though my work is minimal yet beginning to pile I would say. Thanks guys for the joy, laughs, fun and jump jump jump shots! Thanks darling Cass for the beautiful post-birthday gift! I’m loving it! All da best my friends! Cheers!
